Virtual Summer School Information

Plainfield High School will be offering Virtual Recovery Summer School for students in grades 10th through 12th. The purpose of Virtual Summer School is to provide students an opportunity to get back on track to meet their graduation requirements mandated by the New Jersey Department of Education . Students are allowed to take two core subjects/ classes.  Summer School will start on Thursday, July 2 and end on Thursday, August 6. Parents /Guardians must register their child for Virtual Summer School using the following link:

Virtual Registration will begin on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. The application deadline for summer school is Wednesday, June 29, 2020.

Students who failed 9th grade subject/classes are encouraged to take recovery Acellus classes online. Please remember all Acellus classes will be independent of Virtual Summer School and must be completed by Thursday, July 30, 2020. Students are responsible for submitting and/or forwarding completed evidence to their assigned Professional School Counselors.
