Media Pass

Below are the steps to apply for a Plainfield Public School District Media Pass:

  1. Request Submission: 

    • Media personnel must submit a request for a Media Pass at least two weeks before the event. The request should be sent via email/form to information@plainfield.k12.nj.us with the following details: 

      • Name of the media outlet 

      • Name(s) of the individual(s) requesting the pass 

      • Contact information 

      • Purpose of coverage (e.g., photography, reporting)  

  2. Distribution: 

    • Approved Media Passes will be available for pick-up at the event venue on the day of the game. Media personnel must present a valid ID to receive their pass. 

  3. Access and Conduct: 

    • Media Pass holders will have access to designated areas such as press boxes and sidelines. They are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to all district policies and guidelines. 

    • Any misconduct or violation of policies may result in the revocation of the Media Pass and future access privileges.
